Comparing Hard Top and Soft Top Jeep Wranglers

 Soft Top ($26,650)

or

Hard Top ($30,345)?

Check out these two Jeeps with very similar features. Find out what you get for the price.

The wrangler with the hard top also comes with a remote entry key, with lock, unlock and panic. The soft top Wrangler comes with a manual key.

Check out this 6 second video of how the key works:

They have the same manual hood release
They have the same V6 Engine

They have the same dual shifters

The Hard top Wrangler also has automatic windows and door locks. The Soft Top Wrangler has manual locks and windows (which some drivers prefer)

Both Jeeps have AM/FM Radio and CD Player
And Air Conditioning
They both have steering wheel radio controls
Both Jeeps have plenty of storage space

They both have cloth seats

Both Jeeps have protected headlights, heavy duty Wrangler tires, a full-size extra tire, and a central breaklight. The soft top does not have an back windshield wiper or tinted windows; the hard top has both.
The Interior space is exactly the same but the hard top and the soft top are connected differently. Some Jeeps that come with a hard top also come with the soft top. Some hard top models have a section that can be folded back. Some hard tops have to be taken off and left behind. The soft top can be folded back so it is always on board.

The interior of the hard top is white. It's structure leaves the windows wide open.
The Interior of the soft top is black. There is a support beam that crosses in front of the backseat passenger windows.
